Amy is a licensed architect focused on Client Relationship Management and Project Management. Amy leads and ensures smooth processes and workflow for project teams. Her project leadership, attention to detail, and ability to consistently solve problems efficiently results in successful project outcomes and satisfied clients. She has extensive experience leading both small and large, complex projects. Moreover, her passion for sustainability and health & well-being has been demonstrated across numerous successful project efforts.

Co-Founder

Dom is a licensed architect known by his clients as being a dynamic team leader focused on project objectives while continuing to ask questions, challenge status quo, and provide creative solutions to lead and support them to achieve their desired goals. He has extensive experience defining and solving complex spatial programming scenarios, working through intentional design solutions, and creating guidelines to define space. Dom is passionate about universal design, sustainability, and workplace design. He has worked globally and has lived abroad. Dom is skilled in managing large dynamic programs with complex scheduling, communication, and/or regional challenges.

Principal

Brandon is a licensed architect with a Master of Business Administration. His career spans the disciplines of architecture, corporate real estate, master planning, workplace design, events management, and business transformation. Brandon is an executive leader with proven experience guiding global teams in complex organizations while effectively managing multiple programs and projects across expansive portfolios. His superpower is creating simple frameworks to solve multi-faceted problems by connecting people, tools, and ideas. He is an adept storyteller that approaches obstacles with curiosity, blending pragmatic and visionary thinking into every challenge. 

Principal

Erin is a marketing and sales strategist passionate about bridging business development success to the marketing budget. Erin has managed marketing and sales teams for ten years including client development with brands in the data center space from Google, HP, Intel, Emerson, and Schneider Electric. She has developed marketing and sales strategies for multiple industries from brand audits to execution while keeping a strong focus on education in behavioral psychology and a commitment to community philanthropic initiatives.

Kevin is a seasoned real estate project management professional with experience in overseeing and delivering high-impact commercial, health care, and mixed-use projects. With a strong background in managing the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and design to construction and final delivery, Kevin is known for driving efficiency, cost savings, and innovation in every aspect of project execution. Known for his collaborative approach, Kevin excels in managing diverse teams of architects, contractors, and consultants while maintaining clear communication with clients, investors, and regulatory bodies. His proactive and creative problem-solving and detail-oriented project management style ensure smooth workflows and timely project completions.
